Paper on Knowledge Sharing

It's a bit of an unhelpful title IMHO - Development_of_an_ e-learning_knowledge_sharing_model -

but it's got some stuff that is useful background for our project. It's a Framework paper by Bronwyn Stuckey and Richard Arkell. Talks about

• information v knowledge, and the relative value of each of them
• the notion of personal agency
• corporate v personal content management
• compliance culture v enabling culture
